Financial Planning & Budgeting Prepare and monitor annual budgets for multiple construction sites and departments. Forecast project cash flows and analyze variances. Accounting & Bookkeeping Maintain accurate books of accounts using accounting software. Oversee day-to-day accounting transactions, bank reconciliations, and ledger maintenance. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.). Billing & Payments Manage crusher bills, quarry and mining bills, and subcontractor payments. Verify vendor invoices, prepare bills, and ensure timely payments. Coordinate with project and site engineers for accurate billing data. Payroll & Salary Management Supervise salary processing for staff and site workers. Maintain employee financial records and statutory deductions. Cost Control & Reporting Monitor construction project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities. Generate monthly financial reports and MIS for management review. Prepare project-wise profitability reports. Audit & Compliance Liaise with auditors and ensure smooth completion of internal and external audits. Ensure adherence to financial policies, controls, and procedures. Team Leadership Lead and mentor the accounts team to maintain efficiency and accuracy. Coordinate with the HR and procurement departments for inter-departmental finance matters. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field (B.Com/M.Com). Experience: 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, preferably in the construction or infrastructure industry. Age Limit: Between 35 to 40 years. Skills Required: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/ERP). Ability to handle financial reports, audits, and budgeting. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities.
