Sr. Auditor

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Auditor to manage and oversee internal audits, compliance, and financial verification across our projects and departments. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with statutory regulations while supporting business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct GSTR-2B reconciliation and ensure accurate GST input credit reporting.
• Carry out billing verification and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory norms.
• Manage and resolve financial queries raised by internal teams, clients, or vendors.
• Review and verify payments along with supporting documentation for authenticity and accuracy.
• Oversee sales verification and ensure proper recording of revenue transactions.
• Perform regular bank statement reviews, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Audit processes related to the Purchase Department including vendor bills, material inflow, and approvals.
• Verify wage payments and related expenses, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations and company standards.
• Provide timely and accurate audit reports to management highlighting gaps, risks, and corrective action plans.
• Support external audits and ensure smooth compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA / CA Inter preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of audit/accounting experience, with exposure to the construction or infrastructure sector preferred.
• Strong understanding of GST, TDS, ESI, PF, and statutory compliance.
• Proven expertise in GSTR-2B reconciliation, billing verification, and audit procedures.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and ERP/accounting software.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across departments.

Preferred Candidate:

• Prior experience in a construction / project-based company.
• Ability to work independently and lead audits with minimal supervision.
• Strong ethical standards and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
