Finance Manager

Financial Planning & Budgeting

• Prepare and monitor annual budgets for multiple construction sites and departments.
• Forecast project cash flows and analyze variances.

Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Maintain accurate books of accounts using accounting software.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting transactions, bank reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).

Billing & Payments

• Manage crusher bills, quarry and mining bills, and subcontractor payments.
• Verify vendor invoices, prepare bills, and ensure timely payments.
• Coordinate with project and site engineers for accurate billing data.

Payroll & Salary Management

• Supervise salary processing for staff and site workers.
• Maintain employee financial records and statutory deductions.

Cost Control & Reporting

• Monitor construction project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Generate monthly financial reports and MIS for management review.
• Prepare project-wise profitability reports.

Audit & Compliance

• Liaise with auditors and ensure smooth completion of internal and external audits.
• Ensure adherence to financial policies, controls, and procedures.

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor the accounts team to maintain efficiency and accuracy.
• Coordinate with the HR and procurement departments for inter-departmental finance matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field (B.Com/M.Com).
• Experience: 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, preferably in the construction or infrastructure industry.
• Age Limit: Between 35 to 40 years.
• Skills Required:
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/ERP).
• Ability to handle financial reports, audits, and budgeting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
