Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for a Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and accounting operations. Day-to-day tasks include preparing financial reports, conducting financial analysis, managing cash flow, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additional responsibilities include supervising accounting staff, developing financial strategies, and working closely with senior management to drive financial performance.

Qualifications

1. Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in healthcare, wellness, diagnostics, or multi-unit retail finance
2. Strong grasp of clinic economics, branch-level profitability, and service-based financial models

• Strong background in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Financial Analysis
• Experience in Accounting Operations, Cash Flow Management, and Financial Reporting
• Knowledge of Compliance and Financial Regulations
• Strong Supervisory and Leadership abilities
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with financial software and tools
• Ability to work independently and contribute to a team
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; CPA or MBA is a plus
