Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Finance Manager role based in Bangalore. The Finance Manager will oversee and manage day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and preparing detailed financial reports. The role includes analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. Additionally, the Finance Manager will ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, manage cash flow, and lead the financial planning process while effectively communicating results to stakeholders. Qualifications Strong financial management and analysis skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Expertise in financial reporting, tax compliance, and regulatory requirements Proficient in financial software, data analysis tools, and advanced Excel functionalities Experience in team leadership, stakeholder communication, and collaboration across departments Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a results-oriented mindset Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree or professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CA are an advantage) Experience in corporate finance, financial modeling, and strategy development Strong knowledge of industry-specific financial practices and standards
