Job Summary

The Finance Manager will oversee financial operations, ensure statutory compliance, manage SAP-based financial processes, and lead the finance team. This role requires strong analytical skills, expertise in SAP, and solid knowledge of Indian financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Management

• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and manage budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.

2. SAP Management

• Use SAP for financial data, reporting, and transaction accuracy.
• Optimize SAP processes and resolve financial module issues.

3. Statutory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, Professional Tax, etc.
• File statutory returns and coordinate with auditors and authorities.

4. Funds & Cash Flow

• Manage receivables, payables, cash flow, vendor payments, and reimbursements.

5. Financial Analysis

• Conduct cost analysis, identify savings, and support strategic decision-making.

6. Internal Controls

• Improve financial processes, policies, and internal controls.

7. Team Management

• Lead, train, and mentor finance team members.

8. Audits & Reporting

• Oversee internal/external audits and prepare reports for senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5–7 years of experience in finance management
• Strong SAP knowledge and statutory compliance expertise
• Leadership, communication, and analytical skills

• Detail-oriented, ethical, and able to handle multiple priorities under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
