Site Engineer (Civil)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Site Engineer (QA/QC) to oversee construction site activities with a strong focus on quality assurance and quality control. The role involves monitoring project execution, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and maintaining adherence to client specifications and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor site works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Implement quality control procedures and ensure adherence to QA/QC protocols at the site.
• Inspect materials delivered to the site to ensure quality and compliance with project requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and rectify non-conformities.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain quality documentation, checklists, and reports as per company standards.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance at the site.
• Support project handover with complete QA/QC documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in construction site supervision and QA/QC.
• Strong knowledge of construction standards, IS codes, and quality procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail with problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and site documentation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
