Site Engineer (Civil)

Job Summary:

The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities, ensuring work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards. The role involves coordination between contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure timely and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day site work including civil, structural, finishing, and services coordination.
• Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project quality standards.
• Prepare daily progress reports, material consumption reports, and maintain site documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth work flow.
• Verify measurements and assist in preparation of contractor bills.
• Ensure proper implementation of safety norms and housekeeping at site.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure corrective actions where required.
• Assist in resolving technical issues on site in coordination with project engineers and consultants.
• Track project progress against schedule and report delays or bottlenecks to the Project Manager.
• Ensure materials are tested and approved before use at site.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 2–5 years ( Site Engineer)
• Industry: Building Construction / Hospitality / Commercial Projects preferred.

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of civil and finishing works.
• Knowledge of construction drawings, BOQs, and quality standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and site documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and site management skills.

Note : All candidates must have computer and AutoCAD minimum basic level proficiency.
