Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy, planning, and operations. The CFO will be responsible for driving sustainable growth, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing financial insights that support key business decisions. As a key member of the leadership team, the CFO will partner with the CEO, board, and senior executives to shape the company’s long-term success.


  • Develop and execute the financial strategy in alignment with the company’s overall business goals.
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
  • Manage treasury, liquidity, and cash flow to ensure financial stability.
  • Oversee accounting, audit, tax, and compliance functions.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors.
  • Build relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Drive initiatives to improve profitability, cost efficiency, and ROI.
  • Manage fundraising, M&A, debt financing, and capital structure decisions.
  • Implement strong internal controls, risk management, and governance frameworks.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high performance.
  • Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, CFA, MBA Finance, or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in senior financial leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting, tax, and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent understanding of fundraising, investments, and capital markets.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • High level of integrity, ethics, and financial discipline.
