As we expand our operations and strengthen our market presence, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team.

Position Overview

The CFO will be a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, responsible for driving financial strategy, ensuring robust financial controls, and supporting sustainable business growth. The role requires a forward-looking leader with strong financial acumen, business insight, and the ability to balance operational detail with strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities

1) Financial Strategy & Planning

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes aligned with business goals.
• Provide strategic insights to support business expansion, new projects, and investment decisions.
• Optimize capital structure, working capital management, and cash flow.

2) Financial Control & Compliance

• Oversee accounting, audit, taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and corporate governance standards.
• Implement internal controls to safeguard assets and strengthen financial discipline.

3) Business Partnering & Decision Support

• Act as a key advisor to the CEO and Board on financial performance and risk management.
• Partner with project, procurement, and operations teams to monitor project profitability and cost efficiency.
• Provide financial insights on pricing, contracts, and vendor negotiations.

4) Team Leadership

• Build and lead a high-performing finance and accounts team.
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and ethical practices.

5) Stakeholder Management

• Liaise with banks, auditors, investors, and other financial institutions.
• Represent the company in financial negotiations, investor relations, and external partnerships.

Qualifications & Experience

• Chartered Accountant (CA)

• 7-10 years of progressive experience in finance

  , with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role.

• Prior experience in interior design

  is a must.
• Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.
• Proven ability to develop financial strategies, manage risk, and support growth.
