  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial, operational, and market risks through proactive strategies and crisis management plans.
  • Investment & Capital Management: Manage investments, capital structure, and fundraising efforts, including evaluating opportunities for mergers and acquisitions.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Executive Team Collaboration: Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and board, advising on financial matters and contributing to corporate decision-making.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise finance personnel, such as controllers and financial advisors, to ensure the finance department functions effectively.Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Education: A degree in finance, accounting, or business administration is required, often with advanced degrees like an MBA being beneficial.

  • Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership, strategic planning, and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and financial management software.
