As a Strategic Financial Leader, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with the CEO and senior leadership team to formulate and implement a comprehensive financial strategy that aligns seamlessly with the company's objectives and overarching vision. Your responsibilities will encompass providing invaluable financial insights and strategic recommendations to drive informed business decisions, thus ensuring the company's financial stability and competitive edge. In the realm of Financial Reporting & Oversight, you will be tasked with supervising the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards, statutory regulations, and internal controls. Additionally, you will nurture relationships with external auditors, regulators, and other stakeholders to uphold transparency and adherence to regulatory requirements. Your expertise will be instrumental in steering the IPO process, collaborating closely with investment bankers, legal advisors, and underwriters to steer the company towards a successful public listing. From conducting financial due diligence to managing regulatory filings, pricing, and investor communications, you will orchestrate all facets of the IPO while optimizing outcomes for the company. Harnessing your proficiency in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), you will conduct a comprehensive analysis of financial performance, identify key revenue and cost drivers, and provide actionable insights to enhance profitability and operational efficiency. Furthermore, you will oversee effective cash flow management, working capital optimization, and liquidity planning to fortify the company's financial health. In the domain of Risk Management & Internal Controls, your role will involve identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial, operational, and strategic risks to safeguard the company's financial well-being. You will fortify the risk management framework, implement appropriate insurance, hedging, and risk mitigation strategies, and enhance internal controls and financial governance processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial reporting. Moreover, your adeptness in Investor Relations & Stakeholder Management will be pivotal in maintaining transparent communication with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders, fostering trust and confidence in the company's financial performance and strategic direction. Serving as the primary liaison for the board of directors and investors, you will provide regular updates on financial performance, strategic initiatives, and business outlook while nurturing relationships with financial institutions, banks, and capital markets participants. To excel in this role, you should hold a Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification, coupled with a minimum of 15 years of finance experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership position such as CFO or its equivalent in a sizable or mid-sized organization. Your track record should demonstrate expertise in leading or participating in the IPO process, profound knowledge of capital markets, regulatory requirements, and investor relations, and experience post IPO. Additionally, your forte in strategic thinking, financial acumen, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills will be instrumental in managing financial risks, capital raising, and investor relations effectively.,
