We are seeking a financial leader who can go beyond managing numbers — someone who can shape strategy, influence direction, and play a key role in scaling the business to the next level.

What You’ll Do

As CFO, you will:

• Partner with the CEO and Board to define and drive the company’s financial vision.
• Provide strategic leadership on capital allocation, risk management, and growth initiatives.
• Oversee financial planning, reporting, governance, and compliance with precision.
• Strengthen banking, investor, and stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure operational efficiency through robust financial controls and cost management.
• Build, mentor, and inspire a future-ready finance team.

What We’re Looking For

• Finance leader with 15+ years of experience (with a strong preference for stainless steel / metals / manufacturing industries).
• Chartered Accountant (CA) Pref. and/ or MBA Finance, with a proven track record in senior leadership roles.
• A strategic thinker with deep expertise in corporate finance, fundraising, and global financial practices.
• Strong communicator and team builder with the ability to influence at the highest levels.
• Open to relocation / movement as per business requirements.

Base Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per month
