Provide strategic leadership on capital allocation, risk management, and growth initiatives. Oversee financial planning, reporting, governance, and compliance with precision. Strengthen banking, investor, and stakeholder relationships. Ensure operational efficiency through robust financial controls and cost management. What We’re Looking For Finance leader with 15+ years of experience (with a strong preference for stainless steel / metals / manufacturing industries). Chartered Accountant (CA) Pref. and/ or MBA Finance, with a proven track record in senior leadership roles. A strategic thinker with deep expertise in corporate finance, fundraising, and global financial practices. Strong communicator and team builder with the ability to influence at the highest levels.
