Reporting To: Managing Director / Board of Directors

Role Summary

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented CFO to lead financial planning, capital structuring, compliance, and investor relations. The CFO will play a critical role in driving sustainable growth, optimizing cash flows, and ensuring financial discipline across the company’s real estate and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
• Oversee accounting, taxation, audits, and statutory compliance (including RERA, GST, and MCA filings)
• Manage project financing, working capital, and banking relationships
• Monitor cash flows, cost controls, and profitability across residential and commercial projects
• Evaluate investment opportunities, joint ventures, and land acquisitions
• Present financial reports and insights to the Board and external stakeholders
• Ensure robust internal controls and risk management frameworks
• Liaise with legal, procurement, and project teams for financial governance
• Drive ERP implementation and digital finance transformation

Candidate Profile

• 15+ years of experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in real estate, infrastructure, or capital-intensive sectors
• Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution
• Proven track record in fundraising, investor relations, and financial modeling
• Strong understanding of real estate project cycles, regulatory frameworks, and cost engineering
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Bonus Skills

• Experience with REITs, NBFCs, or private equity-backed ventures
• Familiarity with land valuation, escrow mechanisms, and project feasibility analysis
• Exposure to ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Tally Prime

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
