Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead Vimal into its next growth chapter. The CEO will drive strategic expansion, operational excellence, innovation, and profitability, with a goal of scaling the company to ₹500 Cr turnover within 3 years.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Define and execute growth strategies in sales, marketing & operations

🔹 Restructure and strengthen teams to build a performance-driven culture

🔹 Ensure timely & cost-effective execution of projects with zero delays

🔹 Drive innovation through new product development & R&D initiatives

🔹 Establish KPIs and accountability across departments

🔹 Build strong market presence in PSUs, MNCs, Exports, and new geographies

What We’re Looking For

✔️ Qualification: B.E. + MBA

✔️ Experience: 20+ years in the Fire industry, with at least 2-3 years as CEO in a company >₹300 Cr turnover

✔️ Proven record of scaling businesses 2-3x during CEO tenure

✔️ Entrepreneurial mindset, excellent leadership & business acumen

✔️ Strong stakeholder management & international exposure preferred

Compensation: Not a constraint for the right candidate
