Job description Position Overview: We are looking for a visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead Vimal Fire Controls into its next phase of accelerated growth. The CEO will be responsible for achieving 500 crores revenue within 3 years , strengthening market leadership, driving innovation, and creating a high-performance, customer-centric organization. Location : Mumbai Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & Marketing Define sales roadmap and targets within the first month of joining. Restructure and strengthen the sales team with clear delegation of authority. Develop strong marketing collaterals and strategies. Expand business with PSUs, private sector, MNCs, and exports to the Middle East & beyond. Build a foundation for scaling turnover from 200 crores to 500 crores within 3 years. 2. Operations Oversee execution of all projects till billing and collections. Deliver projects below estimated cost and within timelines. Ensure zero liquidated damages and achieve estimated profitability. Improve execution systems, streamline inter-departmental coordination, and resolve bottlenecks proactively. 3. Research & Development Lead R&D initiatives for new product development (2-4 per year) . Redesign existing products to enhance efficiency and reduce cost. Maintain strong knowledge of competitor products, pricing, and market trends. 4. Leadership & Strategy Define and drive Vimals vision, mission, and departmental objectives. Establish performance-driven culture with clear KPIs and accountability. Build a sustainable, innovation-led, and customer-centric organization. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Sales Revenue: 300 Cr (Year 1), 400 Cr (Year 2), 500 Cr (Year 3). Gross Margin: 25% EBITDA: 15% Qualifications & Experience Education: B.E. + MBA (preferred). Experience: Minimum 15 years in the Fire Safety/Fire Protection Industry , with at least 5 years as CEO of a company with turnover of 300+ crores . Proven track record of scaling business 2-3x during previous leadership roles. Skills & Attributes Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen. Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management. Strong expertise in Sales, Business Development & Strategic Growth. Influential personality with ability to drive organizational transformation.
The primary responsibility is to drive the business B2C market and implement sales strategy to achieve the desired results. Location: Mumbai Qualification: Engineering Graduate with Business Management Qualification. Experience: 12 - 15 years of total experience, 5-7 years in managing the team preferably PAN India.
