Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership

    : Formulate and execute short- and long-term strategic business plans aligned with MOTMs mission.
  • Marketing Strategy & Positioning

    : Lead the development of robust B2B marketing strategies, ABM plans, brand positioning, and go-to-market execution across Indian and international markets.
  • Revenue & P&L Ownership

    : Ensure achievement of revenue goals, profitability, and cost optimization.
  • Client Growth & Retention

    : Strengthen key customer relationships and ensure scalable value delivery.
  • Team Development

    : Build and mentor cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, and consulting.
  • Technology & Innovation

    : Promote the use of AI, automation, CRM, and digital tools to scale outreach and efficiency.
  • Business Expansion

    : Drive entry into new markets, verticals, and geographies through partnerships and strategic initiatives.
  • Process & Performance Management

    : Implement internal KPIs, quality systems, and operational best practices.
  • Investor & Stakeholder Engagement

    : Present strategic updates and company performance to the board and potential investors.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong background in

    marketing strategy

    , B2B sales, business consulting, or engineering services.
  • Proven ability to create and implement scalable marketing and business development plans.
  • Demonstrated success in growing revenue and expanding into new markets.
  • Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • Hands-on knowledge of CRMs, digital marketing, marketing automation, and sales enablement tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business; MBA preferred.
  • Experience in consulting, sales outsourcing, or marketing agencies serving B2B/industrial clients.
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM), demand generation, and inbound/outbound marketing models.
