Role Overview: As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Sai Machine Tools Private Limited, you will be the visionary leader responsible for the overall strategic direction, operational performance, and growth of the company. Your role will involve leading the strategic direction, financial performance, operations, and organizational development of Sai Machine Tools Private Limited. You will collaborate with the leadership team to drive innovation, promote company culture, and expand the market while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors/Owners, you will oversee all aspects of the business to achieve company objectives and maximize stakeholder value. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to drive growth, profitability, and market share in the plastic pipe extrusion machine sector. - Identify new market opportunities, product innovations, and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge. - Foster strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and industry stakeholders. - Lead efforts in business development, including identifying and pursuing strategic partnerships, alliances, and potential acquisitions. - Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and economic conditions to inform strategic decisions. Operational Management & Excellence: - Oversee all operational aspects of the business, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of products. - Optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, reduce costs, and maintain high-quality standards. - Implement robust quality control measures across all stages of design, production, and after-sales service. - Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all departments. Financial Management & Performance: - Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring sound financial planning and resource allocation. - Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and take corrective actions as needed. - Optimize cash flow, working capital, and profitability. - Present regular financial reports and performance updates to the Board/Owners. - Identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement. Team Leadership & Culture: - Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team across all functions. - Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning. - Establish clear performance metrics and conduct regular performance reviews. - Oversee human resources functions, including talent acquisition, development, and retention. - Promote a safe, inclusive, and positive work environment. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, or relevant field) is highly preferred. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a significant advantage. - Minimum of 15+ years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 5-7 years in a senior management or executive role within the manufacturing or capital goods industry. - Proven experience specifically in the plastic processing machinery sector, particularly plastic pipe extrusion machines, is highly desirable. - Strong understanding of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and supply chain management. - Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency. - Excellent financial acumen and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management. - Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans. - Results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and ownership. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,
