Role Overview: You will be the Chief Executive Officer of Bootstrappers Research Council (BRC), a Technology Business Incubator located in Kattankulathur, Chennai. Your main responsibility will be fostering the ecosystem and mentoring founders of Innovative Startups from Ideation till Maturity. You will need to create and implement a strategic plan to support and grow startups in the technology industry, manage the day-to-day operations of the incubator, and ensure its long-term financial sustainability. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a strategic plan to support and grow startups in the technology industry. - Manage the day-to-day operations of the incubator. - Ensure the long-term financial sustainability of the incubator. - Utilize your leadership skills, strategic thinking, and fundraising experience to lead the team and support startup founders. - Network and communicate effectively with a diverse team and startup founders at various stages of development. Qualifications Required: - Master's degree in technology, engineering, business administration, entrepreneurship, or a related field is mandatory. - Prior experience in a Business incubator or the startup ecosystem of over 5-7 years is an advantage. - Proven track record of success in business, particularly in the technology industry. - Experience as a founder or co-founder of a startup, or as a senior executive in a technology company. - Experience in full cycle implementation of programs like AIC, BIRAC BioNest, SISFS, and any national level or international level funding programs. - Strong networking and communication skills to manage a diverse team and startup founders effectively.,
