Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Vadodara for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The CEO will be responsible for overseeing the company’s strategic goals, financial performance, and operations while providing leadership to the executive team. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing business strategies, identifying growth opportunities, driving sales, managing operations, and ensuring financial health. The CEO will represent the company with external partners, stakeholders, and key business collaborators to strengthen Prayosha Expo's market position.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Finance and Financial Management to ensure the company's financial stability and growth
• Expertise in Operations Management to optimize organizational processes and efficiency
• Experience in Business Planning and Strategic Planning to develop and execute long-term goals and objectives
• Strong skills in Sales and Business Development to drive company revenue growth
• Exemplary leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
• Experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in manufacturing or e-commerce industries
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
