Qualifications for this role include a Master's degree in Business, along with at least five years of experience in executive leadership positions. You should possess excellent leadership skills, demonstrating steadfast resolve and personal integrity. An understanding of advanced business planning, regulatory issues, data analysis, and performance metrics will be essential. Your ability to quickly diagnose problems and anticipate potential issues will be highly valued.
