Role Overview: As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Bootstrappers Research Council (BRC), located in Kattankulathur, Chennai, you will lead a Technology Business Incubator within a prestigious Higher Education Institute. Your primary role will involve fostering the ecosystem and providing mentorship to founders of Innovative Startups from the ideation stage to maturity. You will be tasked with creating and executing a strategic plan to support and enhance startups in the technology industry. Additionally, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the incubator and ensure its long-term financial sustainability. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a strategic plan to support and grow startups in the technology industry. - Manage the day-to-day operations of the incubator, ensuring smooth functioning and efficiency. - Provide mentorship and guidance to founders of Innovative Startups from ideation to maturity. - Ensure the long-term financial sustainability of the incubator through effective financial management and fundraising efforts. - Utilize leadership skills, strategic thinking, and fundraising experience to drive the success of the incubator. - Foster networking and communication skills to effectively manage a diverse team and support startup founders in various stages of their development. - Leverage prior experience in a Business incubator or the startup ecosystem, with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the field. - Possess a Master's degree in technology, engineering, business administration, entrepreneurship, or a related field. Qualification Required: - Master's degree in technology, engineering, business administration, entrepreneurship, or a related field. - Prior experience in a Business incubator or the startup ecosystem of over 5-7 years. - Proven track record of success in business, particularly in the technology industry. - Experience in full cycle implementation of programs like AIC, BIRAC BioNest, SISFS, and other national or international funding programs. - Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking abilities, and fundraising experience. - Excellent networking and communication skills to manage a diverse team and support startup founders effectively.,
