We're building a high-performing Sales & Marketing team to drive our outreach and partner with schools nationwide. Role Overview We are looking for dynamic, result-driven Sales & Marketing Executives to represent AdiClasses and build strong relationships with schools. Your role will involve field visits, delivering compelling presentations, and converting leads into successful long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities Identify and engage with schools to promote AdiClasses offerings. Conduct meetings with principals and educators to showcase our solutions. Build and nurture strong institutional partnerships. Implement localized marketing strategies to generate interest and leads. Drive end-to-end sales processes including follow-ups and closures. Maintain records of visits, feedback, and performance metrics. Consistently work toward monthly and annual targets. Eligibility Criteria ? 02 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development ? Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Marketing/Sales preferred) ? MBA (Marketing) candidates preferred ? Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills ? Willingness to travel locally for field visits ? Self-driven, ambitious, and goal-oriented Compensation Structure ????
