Position Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, Reporting To: Board of Directors Role Overview: The CEO will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to Company. Identify opportunities for expansion, diversification, and innovation. Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments. Implement best practices in manufacturing, quality control, and supply chain management. Financial Oversight: Manage the company's financial health, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Business Development: Foster relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners. Explore new markets and business opportunities to drive growth Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing executive team. Promote a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and ethical standards. Maintain transparent communication with the Board of Directors and stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred. Minimum of 20 years of experience in the manufacturing or engineering sector, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role.
