🚨 We’re Hiring: Senior Manager – Operations (CMD Camp)
📍 Location: Lucknow
We are looking for a dynamic professional to join our leadership team as Senior Manager – Operations. This role reports directly to the Chairman & Managing Director with a dotted line to the Director Technical, and will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination across verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
Support CMD in day-to-day operations, strategic coordination, and execution.
Oversee cross-functional activities and monitor multiple verticals.
Prepare and review MIS, presentations, and reports for leadership.
Act as a trusted partner to CMD, maintaining discretion and accountability.
What We’re Looking For:
Graduate/Postgraduate with excellent command of English.
6–8 years of experience in a senior executive support/Chief of Staff/COO-type role.
Proven ability to manage operations and coordinate across verticals.
Background in working with entrepreneurs, mid-sized, or fast-growing firms is desirable.
Strong skills in MS Office (Advanced Excel & PowerPoint), MIS handling, and communication.
Professional, agile, confidential, and highly accountable.
