As the CEO of our client, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's mission of bridging climate-resilient agricultural practices with preventative healthcare through food. Your strategic leadership will be instrumental in shaping the future growth and market position of the organization. **Key Responsibilities**: - **Strategic Leadership**: - Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy aligned with the company's mission. - Establish a clear roadmap for sustainable growth and market leadership. - **Operational Management**: - Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure cohesive working of all departments. - Optimize production processes, maintain product quality, and achieve financial goals. - **Innovation & Product Development**: - Champion innovation in millet-based nutrition, fortification techniques, and sustainable food processing technologies. - Drive food sciences efforts to develop and launch innovative products setting industry benchmarks. - **Partnerships & Market Expansion**: - Build strategic partnerships with regenerative farming cooperatives, healthcare institutions, and key industry stakeholders. - Identify and penetrate new markets to expand the company's footprint domestically and internationally. - **Financial Management**: - Establish financial goals and ensure sound financial planning and risk management. - Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining quality and sustainability. - **Team Leadership & Culture Building**: - Cultivate a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning. - Mentor and develop the leadership team to encourage innovative thinking and agility. - **Stakeholder Engagement**: - Maintain transparent communication with the board, investors, and stakeholders. - Act as a spokesperson for the company's mission at industry events and public forums. **Qualifications & Experience**: - Proven experience in a senior leadership role in the F&B or AgriTech industry, preferably in startups or scaling businesses. - Strong understanding of sustainable agriculture practices, food fortification, and preventative healthcare principles. - Deep experience in food innovation and product development. - Ability to build and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. - Financial acumen and experience in P&L management. - Passion for health, nutrition, and sustainability, with a mission-driven approach.,
