Better Life Happier People is a Not For Profit Company dedicated to creating the World's Largest Organized Buyers' Club. The main objective is to empower buyers by leveraging the strength of unity. We focus on creating a collaborative community where members can benefit from collective buying power and access better deals and opportunities.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Executive Officer located in New Delhi. The CEO will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization's operations, including finance, strategic planning, business development, and sales. The day-to-day tasks will include managing the executive team, setting and implementing the organization's vision and goals, and ensuring the financial health and operational efficiency of the organization. The CEO will also represent the organization in public forums and build strategic relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

Experience in Finance and Business Planning
Operations Management and Strategic Planning skills
Strong Sales skills
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Proven track record in a senior executive role
Ability to work collaboratively and lead a team
Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
