Strong technical knowledge of functional foods/ Nutraceutical processing techniques, ingredient functionality, and formulation. 3 Proven experience in the formulation and development of various food products for industries like oil, milk and milk products, flour, rice, bread-bakery, confectionery, beverages, RTC/RTE. 4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data sets. 5. Familiarity with food safety and quality management systems. 6.
