  We are actively seeking funding to scale. For the leader who helps us secure capital, you will receive

Qualifications

• Expertise in Finance and Operations Management to ensure efficient resource allocation and organizational performance.
• Proficiency in Business Planning and Strategic Planning to drive long-term growth and sustain organizational focus.
• Strong skills in Sales and business development to build relationships and expand market presence.
• Visionary leadership with the ability to inspire teams and align diverse functions with company goals.
• Proven experience in executive roles, preferably in the agriculture sector, is a plus.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or related fields.
