We are seeking an ambitious and strategic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to establish and aggressively scale our Real Estate Agency in Hyderabad . This is a ground-floor opportunity to define the strategy, build the team, and drive market dominance. Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India Compensation: ₹1.5 Lakhs to ₹2 Lakhs per month (₹18 Lakhs - ₹24 Lakhs per annum) Experience: Minimum 5 - 6 Years Experience as CEO in the Real Estate Industry Key Responsibilities As CEO, you will be the single point of accountability for the agency's performance, growth, and reputation. Your core duties will include: Strategic Direction: Define and execute the company's long-term vision, mission, and growth strategy specifically for the Hyderabad real estate market (Residential, Commercial, or both). Business Development & Revenue Growth: Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, lead high-value transactions, and establish strategic partnerships with developers, investors, and High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs). Operational Excellence: Oversee all functional areas including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations, ensuring streamlined, compliant, and highly efficient processes. Team Leadership & Culture: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of real estate professionals. Foster a culture of integrity, customer-centricity, and accountability. Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, control costs, and drive overall profitability and strong Return on Investment (ROI) for the agency. Stakeholder Relations: Act as the primary external representative of the agency, maintaining strong relationships with regulatory bodies, the financial community, and key stakeholders. Candidate Profile & Requirements Experience: A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in the Real Estate sector is essential, with a significant portion in a senior leadership or general management role. Market Knowledge: Deep, established knowledge of the Hyderabad real estate market (key micro-markets, pricing trends, regulatory environment, and competitor landscape). Leadership Acumen: Proven ability to build a company from the ground up or significantly scale an existing business unit. Communication: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Education: A Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA or a related Master's degree is highly preferred.
