Key Responsibilities:

✔ Define and execute long-term vision and business strategies

✔ Drive business development and global partnerships

✔ Oversee operational excellence in VLSI design and verification projects

✔ Build and mentor a high-caliber leadership and engineering team

✔ Ensure financial discipline and report to the Board

Qualifications:

✅ 12–15 years in the semiconductor industry, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles

✅ Proven success in VLSI-focused companies and service businesses

✅ Strong business development and operational management experience

✅ Bachelor’s/Master’s in Electronics or VLSI (MBA preferred)
