At Agrisakthi, we are launching a transformative new venture called RuralXPress , and we’re searching for a true entrepreneur to lead it. This is not a typical salaried CEO role. This is a "skin-in-the-game" opportunity for a builder who is ready to execute a vision, drive growth from the ground up, and share directly in the value we create together. We are looking for a partner, not just an employee. The Mission You will be given the full mandate to build and scale RuralXPress. Your success will be measured by clear, pre-defined milestones. We provide the vision and the platform; you bring the leadership and the relentless execution. The Unique Compensation Model We believe in rewarding results, not just tenure. This role is structured for a true partner: 📈 Performance Equity: This is an equity-first position. Upon successfully achieving key milestones within the first year, you will earn a significant share of the company. 💰 Fundraising Commission: We are actively seeking funding to scale. For the leader who helps us secure capital, you will receive 3% of the total funding raised , in addition to other performance incentives. Who We Are Looking For An entrepreneurial leader who thrives on challenge and autonomy. A proven fundraiser (or someone with the network and drive to become one) who isn't afraid to build the pitch and close the deals. A "builder" who can take a concept, create a strategy, and manage the day-to-day operations to make it a reality. Someone passionate about agriculture, logistics, and making a tangible impact on rural communities. Think you have what it takes to build RuralXPress with us? Qualifications Expertise in Finance and Operations Management to ensure efficient resource allocation and organizational performance. Proficiency in Business Planning and Strategic Planning to drive long-term growth and sustain organizational focus. Strong skills in Sales and business development to build relationships and expand market presence. Visionary leadership with the ability to inspire teams and align diverse functions with company goals. Proven experience in executive roles, preferably in the agriculture sector, is a plus. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or related fields.
