Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Role Overview:

The Chief Compliance Officer will ensure full adherence to all regulatory, legal, and ethical standards set by RBI and other governing authorities. This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping the organization’s compliance culture and ensuring sound governance practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with RBI, Companies Act, and other regulatory requirements

Oversee AML/KYC implementation and compliance risk assessments

Manage audits, inspections, and compliance reporting

Support the Board and senior management in governance and policy alignment

Act as the main liaison for regulators, auditors, and investors

Required Qualifications & Experience:

* Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, or Business (Master’s or CA/CS preferred)

* 15+ years of experience in compliance or regulatory roles (NBFC/Banking preferred)

* In-depth knowledge of RBI regulations, AML/KYC norms, and corporate governance

* Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills

* High ethical standards and integrity
