Key Responsibilities Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC): Plan and execute cohesive marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, social, events) ensuring brand consistency and message alignment. Campaign Planning & Execution: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. Market Research & Analysis: Gather and analyze customer, market, and competitor data to identify trends, optimize targeting, and inform strategic decisions. Content Development Coordination: Oversee the creation & distribution of marketing content, including social media posts, blogs, email campaigns, brochures and Ads. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives Requirements Educational Qualifications: MBA with a bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields. Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC). Proficiency in marketing tools such as Meta Ads etc. Strong copywriting and content development skills. Basic knowledge of social media marketing, and email marketing. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data & generate insights. Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills. Creative mindset with attention to brand tone, audience engagement, and storytelling.
