AVP Sales (QAonCloud) Location: Preferably Bangalore or remote Job Type: Permanent, Full-time. Involves working and taking meetings in customer local times. Job description We are seeking an experienced and dynamic AVP -Sales (Sales Head) to lead sales and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our comprehensive software testing services abroad, cultivating new client relationships, and employing innovative sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership: Own and execute the sales target for the business unit Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Qualifications and Skills: Proven track record of successful sales leadership in the saas/ pass/ IT Service/ IT solution sales/ taas/ software sale or related industry. Understanding of software testing services or SDLC. Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to think innovatively and strategically to drive sales growth. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team. Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. Good communication Startup work experience is preferred. Education and Experience: Minimum Graduate howe'ver MBA is a plus. Experience: 10+ years of experience in compliance, data privacy, or a related field Role Overview The Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive data compliance policies and programs that align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. This role involves ensuring adherence to laws governing data privacy and security, leading initiatives to protect sensitive data, and fostering a culture of ethical and compliant data handling across the organization. Key Responsibilities Policy Development Implementation Develop and implement data compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines in alignment with applicable laws, such as the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP) 2023, GDPR, HIPAA, and other relevant regulations. Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate compliance measures into organizational processes and operations. Audits Risk Assessments Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate data privacy and security risks. Establish and monitor controls to ensure compliance with internal and external standards. Monitoring Enforcement Oversee data handling practices across the organization to ensure compliance with established standards. Required Skills Qualifications Educational Background: Bachelor s degree in law, compliance, IT, or a related field. Advanced degree or legal qualifications (e.g., LLB, LLM) are highly desirable. Experience: Minimum of 10 years in compliance, data privacy, or a related field, with experience handling sensitive data and Personally Identifiable Information (PII). Experience with industry certifications such as CIPP, CIPM, CISSP, or ISO 27001 is a significant advantage. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of data protection regulations, including DPDP Act 2023, GDPR, HIPAA, and related standards. Familiarity with IT systems, security measures, and data governance frameworks. Key Skills: Expertise in conducting audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with cross-functional teams and regulatory bodies. Analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to compliance management.
