AVP Sales (QAonCloud)


Location: Preferably Bangalore or remote



Job Type:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic AVP -Sales (Sales Head) to lead sales and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our comprehensive software testing services abroad, cultivating new client relationships, and employing innovative sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:


  • Own and execute the sales target for the business unit

  • Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth

  • Hire and build the sales team to meet organization sales target


Client Relationship Management:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities.

  • Getting references from existing clients for new customers

  • Identify and establish relationships with new clients to expand the company s client base.


Innovative Sales Approach:


  • Bring creative and innovative sales approaches to the team, staying ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings.

  • Utilize data-driven insights to enhance sales processes and decision-making.


Strategic Planning:


  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with the company s overall objectives.

  • Provide input on market trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for growth.


Achievement of Targets:


  • Set, communicate, and monitor sales targets and KPIs for the sales team.

  • Implement effective sales forecasting and reporting mechanisms.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven track record of successful sales leadership in the saas/ pass/ IT Service/ IT solution sales/ taas/ software sale or related industry.

  • Understanding of software testing services or SDLC.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to think innovatively and strategically to drive sales growth.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team.

  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Good communication

  • Startup work experience is preferred.


Education and Experience:

  • Minimum Graduate howe'ver MBA is a plus.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles in Indian or US/European Markets


Job Types:

Full-time, Permanent

Salary: 2,000,000.00 4,000,000.00 per year Benefits:

Schedule:

  • Flexible shift managing the India based sales team as we'll as attending meetings in any time zone

In person preferred but remote ok for the right candidate
