Chief Compliance Officer

As a Company Secretary at Curefoods (EatFit), you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with all relevant corporate laws applicable to listed and unlisted companies. Your responsibilities will include organizing and preparing for board meetings, drafting reports, and e-filing documents. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating all statutory books and registers. Additionally, you will interface with regulatory bodies such as MCA, ROC, and RBI. Moreover, as a Company Secretary, you will advise senior management on corporate secretarial, board, and shareholder matters. You will ensure compliance with HR, secretarial, and trade regulations while handling significant arbitrations and litigations. Upholding the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and compliance will be crucial in this role. Providing timely advice on regulatory and legislative requirements is also part of your responsibilities.
