Job description
· Managing all Accounting & Financial Transactions.
· Ensuring Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Closings.
· Reconcile Account Payables and Receivables.
· Reconciliation of Bank Statement.
· Sending Monthly Statement, Monthly Invoices, Purchases to CA.
· Maintaining stock inventory of Machinery, Housekeeping Material, Uniforms, ID and other consumables in software. Doing internal audit of stocks with Physical qty. on monthly basis.
· Interaction with clients relating to accounts and finance matters viz out-standings, issuance of credit/debit notes, deductions, ledger reconciliation, TDS Reconciliation of GST and Income Tax etc.
· Filling GST Returns and Generating Forms, E-Invoices, E-way bills.
· Processing tax payments of TDS and GST on monthly basis.
· To assist CA for finalizing PL & BS on Yearly and quarterly basis.
· Interaction with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
· Assisting Admin. & HR in activiities like Conducting interview, co-ordination with agencies, job posting on Naukri & other portals, Maintaining attendance & processing salaries etc.
· Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
· Book Keeping, Billing and handling cash on day to day.
· Managing accounts team, leading and training Juniors.
· Updating Accounts payable and Perform Reconciliations.
· Assist with reviewing of Expenses, Payroll Records etc. as assigned.
· Processing Payments of EPF and ESIC on Monthly Basis.
· Prepare and submit Weekly/Monthly reports of Outstanding.
· Matching of GSTR-2A with Purchase Register.
· Reconciliation of GSTR- 2A and Issuing Demand Notice to Supplier.
· Matching of GSTR- 3B with Issued Invoices.
· Reconciliation of GSTR-3B by Issuing GST TDS Payment Notices.
· Being Responsible for Accounts team and managing all team members, assigning jobs in the order of priority.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Financial Recordkeeping
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Record financial transactions in accounting software or ledgers
Reconcile bank statements and general ledgers
2. Financial Reporting
Prepare financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement)
Analyze and summarize financial data for management
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
3. Tax Preparation and Compliance
Prepare and file tax returns
Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
Advise on tax strategies and planning
4. Auditing and Internal Controls
Conduct internal audits to ensure accuracy and prevent fraud
Support external audits by preparing documentation
Develop and monitor internal financial controls
5. Cost and Budget Management
Monitor and control expenditures
Assist departments in preparing and managing budgets
Provide cost analysis to improve efficiency
6. Payroll Management
Process employee payroll
Ensure proper deductions and timely disbursement
Handle payroll taxes and filings
7. Advisory and Strategic Planning
Provide financial advice to management
Support business planning and investment decisions
Evaluate financial performance and suggest improvements
Specialized Roles (Optional)
