Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and qualified Chief Academic Officer to lead our academic team at Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS). The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive academic strategies to achieve organizational goals.
Lead and manage a team of academics, including faculty, staff, and students.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative educational programs.
Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement in education.
Foster partnerships with external stakeholders, including industry leaders and organizations.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Job Requirements

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse groups.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful academic programs.
Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
Strong knowledge of higher education systems, policies, and procedures.
Experience working in the Hotels & Restaurants industry is preferred.
