Role Overview: The Chief Academic Officer will lead all academic initiatives, managing Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and course content production. This role ensures the quality, relevance, and market alignment of all academic offerings. He/She will also drive strategic direction for academic excellence, ensuring products meet and exceed industry standards. With 25+ years of experience, including Dean-level experience in academia, the ideal candidate will bring visionary leadership to elevate the organization's academic reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide academic leadership by overseeing the development and review of all course content and materials.

Ensure all academic offerings meet rigorous quality standards and are aligned with global industry and academic requirements.

Mentor and manage SMEs and academic teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Conduct regular evaluations of course content to ensure relevance to emerging trends and market demands.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align academic initiatives with organizational objectives.

Engage with industry leaders and academic institutions to foster strategic partnerships and align programs with employability needs.

Drive the integration of emerging technologies and methodologies into academic content.

Establish processes to monitor, review, and enhance the quality of academic products.

Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation of academic staff.

Lead research initiatives to identify gaps in current offerings and develop innovative academic solutions.

Represent the organization at academic and industry forums to build brand credibility and visibility.

Oversee budgets for academic initiatives and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

Drive strategic planning for the upgradation and alignment of academic offerings with market trends.
