Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Chef De Partie South Indian with 2 to 7 years of experience to join our team in the Hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Prepare and cook authentic South Indian dishes, including vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.
  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen area.
  • Collaborate with other chefs to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop new recipes and menus to keep culinary offerings fresh.
  • Manage inventory of spices, herbs, and other ingredients.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting.
  • Strong knowledge of South Indian cuisine, including cooking techniques and ingredient combinations.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
  • Ability to maintain attention to detail and quality standards.
