Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Chef De Partie - South Indian (Culinary) to join our team at Avasa Hotels. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in the culinary industry, with a strong background in south Indian cuisine.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Prepare and cook a variety of south Indian dishes, including curries, biryanis, and dosas.
  • Assist the head chef in planning menus and ensuring high-quality food production.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other chefs to achieve culinary excellence.
  • Develop new recipes and menu ideas to enhance the dining experience.
  • Ensure all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a chef de partie in a professional kitchen setup.
  • Strong knowledge of south Indian cuisine, including cooking techniques and ingredients.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances.
