Designation: Senior Chef de Partie / Chef de Partie

Location: Indira Nagar, Bangalore

Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Senior Chef de Partie / Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in contemporary healthy cuisine, an eye for detail, and the ability to maintain high standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and present dishes in line with the cafs wellness-focused menu and standards.
Maintain consistency in flavor, plating, and quality across service periods.
Assist the Sous Chef / Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
Manage assigned kitchen stations efficiently and ensure cleanliness at all times.
Support menu innovation and contribute ideas for new healthy dishes.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene protocols.

Desired Skills & Experience:

2-5 years of experience in premium cafs, health-focused restaurants, or fine dining kitchens.
Strong knowledge of salads, bowls, and global healthy cuisine.
Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and a passion for nutritious food.
Culinary education or relevant certification preferred.
