Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Chef de Partie (Pastry) to join our team, with 4-8 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pastry cuisine and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Prepare and cook high-quality pastries, desserts, and other sweet treats.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Collaborate with other chefs to create new menu ideas and recipes.
Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring minimal waste.
Develop and implement effective food safety protocols to prevent cross-contamination.
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie (Pastry) or similar role in a reputable establishment.
Strong knowledge of pastry dough preparation, baking techniques, and decorating methods.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Ability to maintain attention to detail and adhere to high standards of quality.
Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
