Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Chef de Partie to join our team at The Leela Ambience in Gurugram, with 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure high-quality food production.
  • Develop and implement menus catering to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
  • Supervise and train junior staff members to maintain consistency and excellence in food preparation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and quality control.
  • Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve menu offerings.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a reputable establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, ingredients, and cooking methods.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage a team effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences through innovative cuisine.
