Chef de Partie

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our kitchen team! If you have a strong culinary background and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in your assigned section
• Ensure consistency, presentation, and taste of all dishes
• Assist in menu planning and development
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
• Train and supervise junior kitchen staff

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CDP or similar role
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment
• Attention to detail and passion for food
