Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Chef De Cuisine to join our team at Carlton, with 7-12 years of experience in the culinary industry.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
  • Develop menus catering to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
  • Supervise and train junior staff members to maintain consistency in quality and service.
  • Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing costs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean kitchen environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Chef De Cuisine or similar role in a reputable establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and menu planning.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding expectations.
