Chartered Accountant/Finance Head - Manufacturing Industry (Pharmaceutical).

Position Overview: The Finance Head will lead the financial strategy and operations of our manufacturing organization. This role involves overseeing financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and compliance to ensure the company’s financial health and support its strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Leadership:
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
• Provide insights on financial performance and drive improvements in profitability and efficiency.
• Budgeting and Forecasting:
• Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting.
• Analyze variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Financial Reporting:
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses for management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
• Cost Management:
• Monitor production costs and implement cost control measures.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities for cost reduction.
• Cash Flow Management:
• Manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and operational efficiency.
• Oversee working capital management, including inventory and accounts receivable.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Ensure the team’s professional development and performance management.
• Risk Management:
• Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Oversee internal controls and compliance with financial policies and regulations.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
• Collaborate with senior management and other departments to support strategic initiatives.
• Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors, banks, and investors.

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant.
• 8+ years of finance experience, with at least 3 years post CA qualification experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and cost accounting.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions:

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
