Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) Fresher to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing financial operations, audits, tax filings, MIS reporting, and compliance, while gaining exposure to various aspects of corporate finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparation and finalization of financial statements as per applicable accounting standards.
• Support internal and statutory audits by providing necessary documentation and data.
• Conduct variance analysis and support in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
• Handle direct and indirect tax compliance including GST returns, TDS, and income tax filings.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports and financial dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Liaise with internal departments and external consultants for audit and tax matters.
• Stay updated with changes in financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and financial regulations.
• Working knowledge of taxation (Direct & Indirect).
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and accounting software (SAP/Oracle is a plus).
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative.

Educational Qualifications:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI
• Articleship completed from a reputed CA firm or corporate
